What can you expect?- As a senior motor fleet risk consultant within the Workforce Strategies Team, you will be working as part of a wider team with clients across all sectors of Marsh UK including RM, Corporate, Commercial and Specialties.
- You will be critical to supporting the growth of the Operational Risk Consulting team and will be working in a client facing role being involved in new business, retention and expanding the services we deliver to clients in order to provide solutions to motor fleet risk challenges while optimising the placement of insurance through a connected service proposition
- The role is key in expanding the value of service Marsh provides to clients and through a collaborative service model, delivers an end to end proposition to enable clients to meet their aspirational goals in risk management while mitigating exposure to loss.
- Clients and prospects are seeking a more risk led approach to managing risk whereby they reduce their reliance on insurance and mitigate loss internally to reduce cost to their business. You will be key in driving this concept for Marsh UK through the Operational Risk Consulting team.
- Within the first 30, 60 and 90 days you will need to gain a broad understanding of the support, services and strategy of the business to support you in your interactions with clients and prospects but also gain a solid understanding of your colleague's individual expertise.
- You will have extensive experience in a fleet risk management role and have working knowledge of the insurance industry. You will also have a good knowledge of the claims process and how motor fleet risk mitigation strategies can influence decisions in insurance placement.

We will rely on you to:
- Review clients' operations to identify and analyse risks from their motor fleet operations
- Prepare concise and clear reports, both to describe the risk to insurers and to assist clients with risk improvement
- Provide risk management advice and consultancy on fleet risk
- Identify and develop relationships to ensure sustained growth for Marsh
- Work with key business leaders in delivering value added services to clients
- Develop the proposition in line with client and market needs
What you need to have:
- You will have a minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- You will be a great communicator at all levels and be confident while sympathetic to client's needs.
- You will need to be a great team player and work well both on your own and as part of a delivery team.
What makes you stand out:
- A background in transport management and hold a CPC certificate in transport management
- An working understanding of Safety and Risk Leadership, Behaviour and Culture
