We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

• Use the application free of audio and video content
• Add clear descriptions to the likert scale
• Use a screen reader for some of the application
• AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible is the website

WebPA is an open source application created by Loughborough University. WebPA is no longer supported by the supplier and does not have any accessibility information on the supplier web pages, confirmation of WCAG compliance or an associated VPAT.

As WebPA is no longer supported, the application is not in line with up to date accessibility guidelines. As there is no documentation concerning the accessibility of WebPA is cannot be said to meet accessibility requirements.

What we do about known issues

We work to achieve and maintain WCAG 2.1 AA standards, but it is not always possible for all our content to be accessible. Where content is not accessible, we will state a reason, warn users and offer alternatives.

• The WebPA assessment set up does not follow a logical order, and utilises radio buttons which are not always compatible with screen readers.
• The WebPA student facing area is similar and does not always follow a logical order, and time out settings cannot be adjusted.
• WebPA does not have orientation settings.

• No image descriptions added to icons or radio buttons with no selected text.
• Text size cannot be adjusted
• Colour contrast cannot be adjusted
• Much of the content is not compatible with a screen reader
• Content does not follow a logical order which would be difficult to navigate using a screen reader
