Deadline for applications

Applications for the 2022/2023 cycle will open on the 04 October 2021. The deadline is 31 July 2022; however, please be advised that we reserve the right to close applications before this date. As such, we recommend applying sooner rather than later.

Application Fee

Please note, the Imperial Master programmes have an application fee. More information regarding this can be found here.

Note to prospective students

The Department will only assess complete applications. This means that we must be in receipt of both references as well as the transcript of results, CV and personal statement before we begin to view and assess an application. To that end, we recommend applicants keep track of whether their references have been sent and be pro-active in chasing their referees if necessary.

Please also be advised that meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee an offer will be made.

Fees and Funding

There are lot of options for getting help with covering fees and living costs while you study. A full list of scholarships and studentships are available here, including a new scheme from The China Scholarship Council for Chinese students at Imperial and Imperial students visiting China.
