Terms of reference

To develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of the strategy for the Faculty of Engineering
To oversee the development, and monitor the implementation, of the Faculty Plan
To ensure that the necessary resources are deployed effectively to deliver the objectives of the Faculty
To ensure that effective management structures are in place within the Faculty
To foster communication within the Faculty, and between the Faculty, the College and the community
To ensure that all decisions relating to REF are informed by current equalities legislation and good management practice in line with the College’s REF Code of Practice.

The Committee meets formally on a monthly basis.
