Programme Overview

The Finance Transformation Programme is responsible for leading a programme of change, including the development and implementation of process, system and organisational changes which will improve Finance efficiency, effectiveness and service levels while remaining compliant with our statutory and regulatory requirements.

We seek to apply cross-industry leading practices across all core finance areas, and to standardise and simplify Finance processes to deliver a resilient and high performance organisation, providing the advice and services the College requires in a timely and effective manner.

Our vision is for our finance services to become centres of excellence industry wide.

The Programme is focused on four key areas of service:

• Income
• Financial Management
• Purchase to pay
• Logistics

To date, we have made good progress and have delivered a number of key projects which move us closer to our goal. We remain focused on our vision with a number of projects in flight or planned for 2020/21.
