Careers Service Guide
This annual events and careers guidance publication, which is available to all Imperial College students. It is produced for the start of the academic year (October) and demand is high throughout the autumn term and beyond. This publication will be available online, and includes:
- Details of employer application processes and contact details
- Careers fair dates and details
- Employer webinar information
- Recruiter in Residence dates
- Industry insight talks and employer led skills workshop details
- Display advertising
- Plenty of careers advice and guidance
- Information resources available for our students

Advertising options
Application Process Section
This is a key section of the Careers Service Guide, that highlights your intentions to recruit in the coming year, together with the type of student you wish to attract, the application closing date, and method. This section also includes your website and contact details.
Cost: £100 + VAT

Display Advertising
Display advertising is available at different levels, all adverts are full colour:

Plasma screen advertising
You can advertise your opportunities, events or brand via the new plasma screen in the Careers Service. This is a real opportunity to grab the attention of students, as the plasma is opposite the Careers reception desk and waiting area.
The screen runs as a slideshow, with each slide appearing approximately every 90 seconds.
Cost: £150 + VAT for 2 weeks
Technical specification: Hi-Res jpeg, 324mm across by 182mm down

Handouts
Each year, we produce and update a wide range of handouts. These handouts cover a variety of topics, ranging from writing good quality CVs and Cover Letters, to How to Succeed at Assessment Centres.
