Developing Napa County’s Educational Leaders
In a Post Pandemic School System
As schools begin to put COVID-19 in our rear view mirror and start to refocus on learning and instruction, educational leaders are presented with the OPPORTUNITY to re-engage teachers and students to re-imagine teaching and learning with implementation of school wide learning initiatives and creating learning spaces that reflect social justice, inclusion and equitable systems of learning.
The 21CSLA is an opportunity for teacher leaders, site leaders, and central office leaders to move instruction and learning back to the top of their priority list with intention and integrity.
Participants in 21CSLA will be supported in understanding how their leadership can directly impact student learning.
The NCOE 21CSLA program is FREE to Napa County’s educators.
