Through strategic seed-funded investments, we develop innovative and replicable solutions that districts refine and scale across their schools. Our goal is to kick-start new programs that tightly align with district goals and have the power to inform policy, procedures, and instructional practices across the entire County.

Innovation Cycle

Our model is to partner with district leaders to discover, replicate, scale, and sustain proven instructional innovations within our local school systems.

Investment Model

We fund pilot programs with an in-kind contribution from our district partners and a commitment that they will sustain the programs should they prove to be successful. Over three-to-five years, the districts increase their funding for the programs, enabling NapaLearns to continue to invest in new innovations.
