Christmas opening hours

During the festive period, our contact centre opening hours will be different.

The consumer phone line:

  • 24 December: open 8am to 12.30pm
  • 31 December: open 8am to 12.30pm
  • 25 December and 1 January: closed

The firm phone line:

  • 24 December: open 9am to 12.30pm
  • 31 December: open 9am to 12.30pm

We will be closed on 27 and 28 December and 3 January. Otherwise, we will be open as normal.
