Timothy’s practice focuses on representing clients involved in employment-related disputes with employees, including complex wage and hour class actions and high-stakes wrongful termination lawsuits.

Timothy also has significant experience advising and counseling clients regarding risk management and compliance with state and federal employment laws, including on employee terminations, accommodation-related issues, and corporate transactions.
