Whether it’s face to face or in the virtual space, meetings that bring us together to learn, network, share and connect in pursuit of regenerative culture and community are at the heart of what we do. Every year we run the European Ecovillage Gathering: the world’s largest celebration of community and regenerative living. We also offer the National Networks meeting for national ecovillage networks to exchange best practices, create projects, share challenges and help guide our network. Online we run webinars and virtual events that keep us connected to our vision and our global family, no matter the physical distance.

The Resilience & Regeneration Series: August – December 2021
We invite you to join us throughout 2021 for a 4-part series of experiential workshops, new connections, and playful creative explorations designed to build individual and collective skills and resilience, spark transition amongst an interconnected global network of seekers, and regenerate our innate potential to achieve meaningful change in today’s disorientating world. We’ve designed a series of four events covering ecovillage incubation, crafting, economics and self-care that will bring you closer to community in all its forms. Learn more and see the full event schedule at the Resilience & Regeneration Series website.

Meet the Ecovillages – March-April 2021
Lockdown getting you down? Come and join us on a journey to lift your spirits, get inspired, and get a taste for the communities that are regenerating their local areas and creating resilient alternatives. Sit around the (virtual) campfire as community residents tell the stories, cultures and traditions of their homes, answer your questions about what it’s really like to live in an ecovillage, and get inspired for your next adventure.
Our first tour finds us landing in the Iberian Peninsula, first stop: southernmost Spain. From living and learning centre El Molino de Guadalmesi, Riccardo will lead us to Seville and Los Portales, where the spiritual wisdom of dreams combines with the practical aspects of off-grid rural living. Then we’ll head north all the way to the pre-Pyrenees of Navarra and Arterra Bizimodu, a young and thriving community founded in an abandoned boarding school-turned-hotel
