For our client, an IT service provider company, we are recruiting an IT Help Desk Support.
The Help Desk Support will be ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment, in terms of hardware and software, providing technical support for employees of the company’s clients.
Responsibilities:
Providing the first level of technical support for the company's clients;
Installing, configuring and delivering IT equipment and solutions company’s customers;
Fixing problems that occur at the software level for PCs, notebooks;
Diagnosing and troubleshooting minor hardware issues of customer equipment;
Providing the interface with suppliers for technical problems of IT equipment;
Maintaining an updated inventory of IT assets;
Respecting the SLA for the designated responsibilities;
Providing on request reports on IT assets under its supervision;
Possibilities for professional development.
Requirements:
IT technical skills (PC software and hardware troubleshooting, basic knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, application troubleshooting);
Excellent communication and relationship skills;
Receptivity to user requests;
Stress resistance;
Orientation towards results and professional solving of the reported problems;
Team spirit, responsibility.
