Were you released from the custody of immigration officials along the southwest border of the United States and instructed to report to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office?
If so, follow these instructions.
Were you issued a Form I-385?
ICE Appointment Scheduler Overview
Welcome to the official ICE Appointment Scheduler webpage. The ICE Appointment Scheduler is an appointment scheduling and management tool developed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to help manage the scheduling of individual and family unit (FAMU) noncitizens required to appear before ICE for further immigration case processing. Only noncitizens apprehended and released by U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP) via Prosecutorial Discretion (PD) can schedule appointments on the website at this time.
The ICE Appointment Scheduler is an appointment scheduling tool designed to help facilitate the scheduling of noncitizen individuals and family units (FAMU) who have been released from CBP custody via an exercise of PD without issuance of charging documents. Instead, CBP issues a Form I-385 with instructions for the noncitizen to report to an ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) office for continued processing. The website provides a streamlined way for noncitizens to schedule appointments at a local ICE office without needing to call or appear in person at an ICE office to create an appointment.
The ICE Appointment Scheduler website will allow noncitizen individuals and FAMU noncitizens required to appear at an ICE office to schedule an appointment using information found on their Form I-385. Noncitizens may search for and select an office nearest to them to view available appointment days and times on which they will report to the selected office.
Once all required information has been entered, reviewed for accuracy, and submitted, the noncitizen will receive a confirmation number, along with their appointment details. Noncitizens will have the option to email, text, or print the confirmation details for future reference.
