    This episode has tape of Tonn talking to investigators. In it, you hear his mindset + his actions leading up to the moment he killed Sean Monterrosa. It can be hard to hear. But it’s relevant b/c it also explains why, at least so far, he could actually face real consequences.

    The company is most known for drawing national headlines as the real estate firm who tried to evict , a group of homeless mothers who occupied a vacant home in West Oakland.

    Huge news out of Attorney General 's office today: $3.5 million judgement against Wedgewood, the Redondo Beach real estate investment group whose business model is to buy up foreclosed homes, evict the tenants, and flip the homes for a profit.
