Noorin Hamid is an associate in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis, P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment-related matters, with a focus on handling employment litigation matters and offering preventative counseling.
She represents clients in employment-related matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies including New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, New York State Division of Human Rights, New York City Commission on Human Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. In addition, Noorin has experience counseling unionized and non-unionized clients on a wide range of issues, including disciplines, terminations, leave and accommodation requests, investigations, and implementing policies to keep them in compliance with changes to the law.
