Latin translation required[edit]

An excellent page so far, but could we have an Enlgish translation as well as the Thucydides quote in latin: "Consica mens recti, nec si sinit esse dolarem Sed revocare gradum". I would add it myself, but I was educated in the 1980s at a state school, so I'm afraid I have no knowlegde of Latin. MrsPlum (talk) 05:20, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

External Links[edit]

While I do think the link to the free version at Project Gutenberg is acceptable, are links to for profit book stores appropriate on an Encyclopedia page? If every bookstore with a copy of the Pothunters posted a link we'd likely have pages of them. There is currently a link to Abe's Books, and it appears to be an 'associate link' put there by someone who will get a commission if a book is sold. The question is- Is this spam, or is this legitimate? I'm thinking spam.
