Megan Conroy
Megan Conroy was born in Beaufort, South Carolina and grew up in Atlanta Georgia. She has lived in Napa for the past four years and has three children: Katie, Jack, and Molly. Megan has taught for nineteen years in both public and independent schools in South Carolina and in California. Her teaching experiences range from Kindergarten through grade 8. While in college, Megan volunteered in the family day care center and spent some summer vacations working in centers in San Francisco. Through this experience, and having three children of her own, she has always had a deep interest and respect for the importance of quality childcare. Megan holds a BA in Humanities from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of San Francisco.
Sabina V. Correa, PsyD
Sabina has a doctorate degree in clinical psychology with a forensic emphasis in pediatric homicide. She has a masters degree in forensic psychology and a masters degree in business organizational behavior. Sabina completed a post-doctoral fellowship specializing in child abuse where she earned two post-doctoral degrees in family/civil forensic psychology & law and criminal forensic psychology & law. She owns Napa Psychological Services, is a court consultant for Sonoma County Superior Court, and also works per diem for Alta Bates Emergency Room managing psychiatric crises. Sabina has lived in Napa since 2012 and has served on four local executive boards in the past five years.
Deborah Elliott
Deborah Elliott has lived in Napa for the past 10 years with her husband and two young children. Deborah is an Environmental Resource Specialist with Napa County and works on sustainability programs including water and energy conservation and the Green Business Program. She holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from U.C. Davis and is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley Class 27. Deborah used CRC’s Resource and Referral program when looking for childcare for her children and wants to continue to promote the importance of quality childcare in Napa County.
Leslie Gevurtz
Leslie grew up in Brea in Southern CA and has an extensive career history including sales, paralegal services, real estate, restaurant ownership and business promotions. She has a passion for art and is currently the owner/educator of Art Lab providing art instruction to children, teens and adults. Leslie was founding faculty, Art Specialist at Blue Oak School from 2002-2013. She has developed and implemented visual art curriculum at a multitude of Napa Valley schools, both public and private. Leslie enjoys spending time with her adult daughter and giving back to the Napa community through Board service.
Dalila Hernandez
Dalila was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico and came to Napa as a teenager. She is an educator in Napa, teaching high school and community college level classes. She has earned a Secondary Single Subject Teaching Credential and a Masters Degree in Spanish. She also is the owner of Español in the Valley, a Spanish Instruction, Translation and Interpretation firm in Napa. However, the most important title that Dalila holds is that of mother. As an educator, Dalila strongly believes that parents and caregivers are the first and most important teachers. She lives in Napa with her husband and toddler son.
Jeanne Szmidt
Jeanne Szmidt has lived in Napa since 1988 and started her banking career with Napa National Bank in 1992. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Currently Jeanne is a Commercial Loan Officer with Bank of Napa. Jeanne lives in Napa with her husband, Andy and her two children, Gabrielle and Madison. Jeanne has been very involved with her daughter’s school serving on the board of Northwood Elementary, River School and most recently New Technology High School. By serving as a Board Member for CRC, Jeanne continues to strive to support children and families in the Napa Community.
Ryan Pio Roda
Ryan’s experience includes more than 17 years of progressive growth and meaningful contributions in operations, finance and accounting roles with broad industry knowledge of finance, technology, insurance, and the wine industry. Ryan is currently the Corporate Controller at Crimson Wine Group where he is responsible for all aspects of Corporate and SEC accounting. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and is a CPA in the state of California. Ryan and his family are actively involved in various community efforts and charitable events throughout the Bay Area.

Monday – Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 10 AM to 4 PM
