The Current Need

Hundreds of young children have suffered learning loss during the pandemic and we have an opportunity to mitigate some of the effects in the next few months. We currently have a waitlist for our school readiness programs and need more funding in order to support additional children. Partner with us so that we can make sure that they all have an opportunity to get back to learning!

Your donation will support a  wrap-around approach including:

1) support for early learning programs for children who are cared for by a family caregiver or parent including take home early learning activities, developmental screenings and school readiness programs.

2) early learning support for families receiving financial assistance for child care and preschool.

3) support for child care providers so that they can remain open and continue providing quality early learning opportunities with the help of a CRC Coach.

The teachers were so kind and helpful. They showed me how to use more open ended questions and it worked – he started talking more! I don’t feel as nervous anymore about his ability to start school with his peers.

I would have never been able to afford full time child care. I am a single mother and my child will be up to speed academically when she begins public school.

A huge financial burden was taken off my shoulders knowing that I didn’t have to choose which bills to pay and I didn’t have to compromise when it came to her care.  Thanks to CRC, we were able to keep her with the same child care provider with staff that we trust to take care of her during this scary time.
