  8. Executive privilege is irrelevant to Bannon’s situation right now. He is relying on Trump’s bogus “absolute immunity” defense that was rejected in the McGahn case. If Bannon wants to claim EP on Trump’s behalf, he still has to show up to do that. But he must show up regardless.

    That was obviously not a reference to but an attempt to capitalize for emphasis the fact that these organizations already know the answer to their "research questions" before the writing process begins. is a respected organization that I rely upon myself.

    Certain "think tanks" aren't "think tanks" but more appropriately advocacy/lobbying organizations. They START with the conclusion & work backward with "research" so the issue being analyzed ALWAYS conforms with the institution's ideological stance. Names available upon request.
