Aleksandra Rybicki is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Washington, DC office, and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.
Ms. Rybicki focuses her legal practice on disputes involving state and federal employment law and other commercial litigation matters. Her employment litigation experience includes matters involving claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other federal, state and local laws.
Ms. Rybicki has experience advising clients in all stages of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. She has also represented clients in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state administrative agencies.
Ms. Rybicki graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Journal. Following law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sean D. Wallace on the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Adelphi University.
