Work with Meaning

Come join a company that thrives on generating ideas, tackling challenges, and helping our clients achieve positive social change by delivering exceptional results.

What’s Important to Us

Our dream is to be the most innovative and effective philanthropy consultants in the world. How do we do that? By living out our four core values:

Big impact. We’re focused on delivering excellence and results in each and every client project. We think big but sweat the small stuff, too.

Creative. We thrive on thinking of bold, new approaches to tough problems, and constantly push ourselves to be better and better.

Collaboration. We collaborate to achieve audacious goals—with our clients, partners, grantees, and our colleagues.

Fun. We find joy in our work and opportunities to celebrate—each other, the big wins, and the small moments that bind us together.

Our Culture and Environment

Here’s what you can expect when you work at Geneva Global:

A thoughtful work environment. We operate in an open and inclusive environment, which mirrors our communication ethos. There are gathering spaces that foster creativity and collaboration, a library for those times you need undisturbed thinking time, and video conference rooms for communication across our global staff.

Public transportation and remote access. We’re a short walk from a train station, making commuting to and from Philadelphia easy and productive. We also support staff who choose to work remotely in different parts of the country and world.

Team-building activities. From eating lunch together, to our Octoberfest potluck, to the annual Tacky Holiday Sweater contest, we find ways throughout the year to have some laughs and bond as a team and have been working hard to create fun, cohesive spaces while working remotely.

Work flexibility. We’re adaptable to our clients’ needs, and that extends to the way in which we work, too. We’ve got flexible summer hour schedules and work-from-home days.

An investment in you. We look for ways to help you develop your career and skills. That means opportunities for onsite and offsite training, lunch-and-learns, guest speakers, and employee-led knowledge sharing.
