The Department posted a draft Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2011-2014 on February 13, 2012 and invited comments from the general public and from key stakeholders. In response to our request, approximately 70 parties submitted comments. The Department made a number of changes to the original Plan based on these comments and this document describes responses to substantive issues identified in the comments.
