Cory E. Ridenour

Cory Ridenour focuses his practice on employment litigation and traditional labor matters.  Cory represents employers in employment related litigation before administrative agencies and courts at both the state and federal level, and has successfully litigated matters brought pursuant to federal and state employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Title VII), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRC).  Cory also has successfully litigated unfair labor practice charges brought pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) before the National Labor Relations Board, and advised employers in matters involving organizing campaigns, labor arbitrations, and labor negotiations.  In addition, Cory’s practice also includes providing supervisory and preventative practice training regarding the full range of federal and state employment statutes.

Before joining Ogletree, Cory was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of a national labor and employment law firm.
