Elizabeth Teter

Elizabeth (Liz) Teter focuses her practice on complex intellectual property litigation matters. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions and appellate briefs, and discovery requests and responses and preparing clients for depositions and trials. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Liz rejoins the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She was previously a litigation associate at the firm.

While in law school, Liz served as the senior note and comment editor of the American University Law Review.
