HOW TO … Handle Vaccination Accommodation Requests

Many employers are deep into requests for accommodations based on a religious belief or a disability from the employers' vaccine or other COVID-19 related mandates. (Some of the requests are quite creative!) While the mandates will evolve as COVID-19 does, such requests are likely to here to stay for quite some time. Our next “How To” webinar will work through two hypothetical requests (one based on religion, one on disability), and highlight the key moving parts to help employers continue to manage these as effectively as possible.
