GDPR and Servebolt 🇪🇺

At Servebolt, our mission is to help build a faster and better internet. We believe that the protection of customers’ and their end users’ data is fundamental to that mission.

The GDPR harmonises privacy laws across the EU/EEA/EFTA and mandates how companies collect, store, delete, modify and otherwise process personal data of EU citizens. It applies to any company that processes personal data of EU citizens.

We are committed to complying with the requirements of the GDPR. We understand that compliance with the new privacy laws can be challenging, and strive to address compliance by providing transparency and compliant services.

Are you a Data Controller or Data Processor?

Servebolt customers will typically act as the data controller for any personal data made available to us on the hosting platform we provide. The data controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, while the data processor processes data on behalf of the data controller.

Servebolt, as data processor, will process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with providing our services to our customers.
