Missing Ethos? We're bringing Ethos to you!

We know you're all keen to get moving again. During this lockdown period, we're introducing free 30-minute virtual 1-2-1 sessions with our Active Lifestyles Team. 

Whether you need a solid 30-minute personal training session, or want to sit down and talk about your health and fitness goals, our ALT members will be ready to help you.

Any Imperial staff or student can book in for a session - you don't even need a Move membership!

Book a 30 minute session with one of our Active Lifestyles Team to either put you through your paces in a 1-2-1 PT session or just sit and talk about any health related goals you might have.

We offer sessions at the following locations:

  • South Kensington, Monday to Sunday, 8.00 to 16.00
  • North Acton, Mondays & Thursdays, 8.00 to 16.00
  • Charing Cross, Fridays, 8.00 to 12.00

Don't want to leave the house? We've got you covered! We're offering virtual 1-2-1 sessions on Microsoft Teams.
