OPM announced today the 2022 plans and premiums for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program and the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP).

U.S. Office of Personnel Management Launches Program Evaluation Competencies and OPM Program Evaluation Workforce and Job Analysis Employee and Supervisor Surveys. On Monday, September 20, 2021, OPM issued the Program Evaluation Competencies and the OPM Program Evaluation Workforce and Job Analysis Employee and Supervisor Surveys in support of the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.

OPM Director and Council Chair, Kiran Ahuja announced that the CHCO Council’s functions will be restored to OPM, after the Council’s leadership and administration were bifurcated between OPM and General Services Administration (GSA) since 2019.  

Today, Kiran Arjandas Ahuja was officially sworn in as the 13th Director of OPM. Director Ahuja took the oath this morning after the Senate voted to confirm her on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.   

Flexible Spending Accounts: Special Enrollment Period and New Flexibilities for the 2020 and 2021 Plan Years 

OPM announced the addition of six new academic agreements with post-secondary education institutions as part of the Federal Academic Alliance, bringing the total to 23 colleges and universities.

OPM released the government-wide results of the 2020 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (OPM FEVS), an organizational climate survey administered to the federal workforce to provide agencies a snapshot of how their employees view their current work environment and help inform future agency actions.
