How to apply for an undergraduate course at Imperial.

Applying on UCAS

You can apply to all of our full-time undergraduate courses through UCAS.

On UCAS, you can submit one application for up to five different courses in an admissions cycle. These courses can be at different universities and there's no preference order. Your universities won’t see where else you’ve applied until after you reply to any offers you get.

Your application will include one personal statement. This is a key part of the application and will be the same for each course you apply for. This must be done through UCAS and won’t accept or request additional personal statements. Find out more about writing your personal statement.

If you are applying for medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or veterinary science, you can only apply for a maximum of four courses. Your fifth choice, if you use it, must be for a course in a different subject.

Applying for multiple courses at Imperial

If you apply for multiple courses with us, each counts as a separate choice on your application.

If you want to apply to multiple courses within the same Imperial department, we recommend that you speak to the department first.
