Kya M. Henley

Kya Henley is an associate in the firm’s Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group, representing companies and individuals in a range of governmental and internal investigations, including congressional investigations, regulatory inquiries, white collar criminal defense matters, compliance issues, civil litigation, and enforcement actions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Kya was an associate at a large international law firm in Baltimore. She also served as a public defender in Maryland representing indigent clients in state courts.

Kya received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While earning her law degree, she served as vice chair of the Black Law Students Association, as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice and Human Trafficking Clinics and as a graduate student instructor in the College of Literature, Sciences and the Arts. Kya was a summer law clerk at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia in the trial division.
