Jack S. Brodsky

Jack Brodsky is an associate in the firm’s Boston office focusing on antitrust, distribution, and business litigation matters. Mr. Brodsky’s experience focuses on a range of federal antitrust and intellectual property issues, including monopolization, unfair competition, and trademark and copyright infringement. Mr. Brodsky’s transactional experience focuses on the design and implementation of global distribution agreements and strategies to limit online price erosion, global pricing arbitrage opportunities, and brand dilution. This includes consultation on Unilateral Pricing Policies, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, and selective distribution strategies.
