On August 18, 2014, the Clear Fund Board of Directors, which oversees GiveWell, held a meeting. Audio If you'd like to listen to the entire meeting, the link below allows you to do so. Please note that all Board meetings are monitored for comments that (a) are both easily misinterpreted and insignificant; or (b) compromise agreements of confidentiality that GiveWell has made to obtain information that does not belong to it. These comments are then removed. This meeting contains 6 such removals, totaling approximately 18 minutes, including a discussion of GiveWell's relationship to Good Ventures for which Good Ventures was not present, and a discussion of compensation of GiveWell's Co-Executive Directors, for which GiveWell staff was not present.
