- Open Day One on iPhone, iPad, or Android. Tap Settings > Support > Contact Support.
- On our support pages at help.dayoneapp.com, click the chat icon at the bottom right.
Click here or manually enter support@dayoneapp.com. Please include the following if possible:
- Device info (Mac, iOS, Android)
- Day One version number on all devices
- Day One User ID
