Kyle C. Worrell

Kyle C. Worrell is an Associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Worrell’s practice focuses on defending and advising public and private employers in all aspects of state and federal employment law.

Mr. Worrell has litigated class action, representative action, multi-party, and single plaintiff cases involving wage and hour issues, PAGA claims, and allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment. He also provides advice and counsel to employers on a wide variety of sensitive employment law issues. Mr. Worrell is the Assistant Litigation Trainer and Coordinator for the Orange County office, and serves as an adjunct professor at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he teaches a practical skills course on Federal Civil Procedure to first-year law students.
