When we are busy we can’t always reach patients as quickly as we want to and we always go to the most seriously ill people first. Please bear that in mind and only call us in a serious emergency. This will help keep our phone lines and crews free for those that need us the most.

We know that emergencies can still happen even on a bank holiday. If you become unwell this weekend, please consider your options and what the best route may be for you. Could you transport yourself to A&E? You should only call for an ambulance in a life-threatening emergency.
