The END Fund
The END Fund is the only private philanthropic initiative solely dedicated to ending the most common neglected tropical diseases (NTDs).
GiveDirectly
GiveDirectly allows donors to give money directly to extremely poor households with no strings attached. It aims to drive efficiency in international giving by making direct transfers the benchmark on which others are evaluated.
Standout Charities
Standout charities are organizations that support programs that may be extremely cost-effective and are evidence-backed. While GiveWell is less confident in their impact, they have reviewed their work and feel these groups stand out from the vast majority of organizations they have considered in terms of the evidence base for the program they support, their transparency, and their potential cost-effectiveness.
Development Media International
Development Media International (DMI) runs television, radio, and mobile campaigns in developing countries to change health-related behaviours and save lives. Living Goods supports local community health workers in developing countries to go door-to-door to sell affordable health and household goods and provide basic health counseling to families in need, at an affordable price. Living Goods is a top-ranked charity of The Life You Can Save and has been on GiveWell’s standout charity list since 2014.
