Since many have asked today, all approved covid vaccinations are VERY effective in preventing normal lungs (on the L) from looking like ones that need life support (on the R) Please pass it on: the brand doesn’t matter, as all will prevent severe illness from occurring.

I'm a homebound disabled person still trying to get vaccinated. While literally millions of Americans are refusing to , I can't get one. This should be addressed. It's a glitch in the system. Millions of people with disabilities are falling through that faultline.

  5. I was informed that mentioned me yet again on his show this evening. I’m confident they were kind words. His strong and persistent interest in the field of Pulmonology is duly noted and will be kept very much in mind.

I’ve likely never been hypoxemic to the 60s but got to experience it today during our semi-annual CCATT flight phys training The “Zs” nearly disappeared under night vision but came back at 100% O2 Renewed appreciation for the difficulties our patients on chronic O2 likely face

In addition to all the positive motivations that others have mentioned, I have lost three family members to covid and my own preexisting conditions put me at very high risk for a bad outcome. I would really rather avoid this or worse:

It’s important to consider what the variant is in the South Asian epidemic. We think it’s mostly related to B.1.617, although sequencing data in the public domain is quite sparse for India. 📈 Model: 📺 Full video:
