    Its at the moment & we all need to be better at practicing self care. My eye pillows, face cloths & make up remover pads all help us to look after ourselves a little bit, & as everything is eco friendly too.

    My is at breaking point. What can I do? I can help myself. How ever painful stepping outside is 5 dogs need walking, grooming, meds, feeding, stroking, loving. To be here for them is more important than breaking. I made it to here, today 🙏
