RYA Case Book
The RYA Case Book is
available as a download.
RYA cases are selected from the
appeals, references and questions submitted to the RYA Racing Rules Committee
and are intended to enhance or clarify understanding of the rules.
As new cases are published they
will be added to the Case Book, however they will also be added to this webpage
for those who wish to see them separately.
The Case Book is ‘hyperlinked’,
which enables ‘one click’ links from any section of it to any other – rules
index to cases, case to abstracts grouped by rule, and so on. Different users
set about finding the cases that deal with the rules they are investigating in
different ways and these search functions facilitate that process.
