Declaration

I/We agree to be bound by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing, and all other rules that govern this event. I/We accept the Statement of Liability in the Notice of Race which excludes the right to claim compensation in certain circumstances. During the event we will hold a valid and current third party insurance of at least £3m.

I/we agree that the personal data provided can be used to administer your race entry (including sharing the information with individuals involved in race organisation and management), and recording the racing results which may be published online.
