☕ Daily Grind

I work on the Cloudflare Research team, focusing on security and privacy enhancing technologies. I also contribute to open Internet standards in various capacities, including co-chair of the IETF TLS Working Group, IETF MASQUE Working Group, and IRTF Privacy Enhancements and Assessments Research Group.

Before Cloudflare, I worked on transport security, privacy, and cryptography engineering at Apple. In the past, I was a core developer of CCNx in the Computer Science Laboratory at PARC (Palo Alto Research Center). I also previously worked at Intel, L-3 Communications, and other small software firms.

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCI in 2017, where I focused on network security and privacy under Gene Tsudik. A NSF Graduate Research Fellowship supported my graduate studies at UCI. I received a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and B.S. in Software Engineering from RIT in 2013, where Dr. Stanislaw Radziszowski advised my graduate studies in applied cryptography.

Ramblings

Here lies a collection of random, possibly nonsensical, and likely uninformed thoughts. They were written in the spirit of edification and, as much as possible, elucidation. May they serve no one besides their producer well. (Though I’m happy if someone other than myself finds value in their contents.)
