paratransit: this program included city-wide transportation and escort services for frail and physically challenged individuals mainly for grocery shopping, recreational outing and medical needs such as doctor's appointments. Transported 196 elderly passengers for a total of 16,078 trips.
community services programs: this program provides a social worker and socialization, educational and cultural activities for over 676 clients per annum.
