Home health visits can deliver needed care at a safe social distance. At this most critical time, our services can enable facilities to discharge patients back home, freeing space for another more critically ill person.

We at Pathways are continually updating our services and procedures to reflect the changing circumstances in our communities surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. These include in-depth screening and infection control, as well as pre-admission questionnaires, fever screening, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for our clinicians.
