Jenna A. Hudson

Jenna’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented policyholders in both federal and state trial courts with respect to a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including bodily injury and property damage, food-contamination, toxic tort, and directors’ and officers’ coverage. Jenna also advises post-bankruptcy trusts in the recovery of insurance proceeds. In this arena, representative transactions include:

Representative Transactions:

  • representing one of the world’s largest safety equipment manufacturers in litigation against, and negotiations with, nearly thirty insurance companies over hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance coverage;

  • litigating and negotiating for post-bankruptcy trusts to successfully obtain insurance coverage for predecessor companies’ asbestos-related and other liabilities; and

  • securing coverage for insurance claims arising from allegedly tainted peanut butter on behalf of a Fortune 500 food company.
