.@ClassicShowbiz says there's a "galvanizing force" happening right now for Native comedians. There are multiple indigenous comedies coming up, including "Rutherford Falls" on NBC Peacock and "Reservation Dogs" on FX, with the largest native writing staffs in U.S. history.

.@adriannecomedy says she and other light-skinned Native people experience white-passing privilege, and she's always an advocate for darker-skinned Native people.

"I'm trying to tell stories that are universal but specific," @brian_bahe says. "I'm Native American, I'm gay, and I truly don't have a grasp on my life yet."

"The only [Native] comedians I came across were local and regional and a part of the Native community," @adriannecomedy says. "It's almost like we have our own subculture that's not included in the American culture."

What are the big hurdles for the bill to pass the Senate? "The minimum wage is a big issue. You have senators who skew more progressive who say they're still going to add some sort of minimum wage hike in the bill," says @AmandaBecker.

A listener asks, how good is a vaccine at preventing the symptoms of COVID long haulers? "A vaccine that provides partial protection ... also protects you from disease outcomes," says Dr. Gans.

"55 million doses have been administered of the Pfizer and the Moderna. We were able to hear about the safety outcomes that have been tracked in this period of time," says Ferran. "There was no signal there for any safety issues with that."

What's the lowest percentage of efficacy that a vaccine can have in order to be deemed effective? "It depends on the virus we're trying to vaccinate against. There's a big spectrum of efficacy," says Ferran.

What about kids? When will we know how to best vaccinate them? "Those studies will be completed at the end of this calendar year and we will get a vaccine for children of elementary school age in the first quarter of 2022," says Dr. Fauci.

What does Dr. Fauci think of the new J&J COVID-19 vaccine? "It's a highly efficacious vaccine. It's good news for the overall effort for containing this outbreak in the United States and around the world."
