She's sorry she said that on the floor today, but that's from hours ago, she no longer believes she never said that during her campaign, and she shouldn't have hours-old statements held against her.

Playing out of the same game book as Trump: Deny everything, even if it’s true and have video - if deny enough people will believe Say anything to get attention- the more preposterous, the more attention it will get (and the more you say it, the more it will be believed)
Pretty much the most honest part of what she said was about how much she related to Trump. She is clearly trying to emulate him.
