Coordinates: 34°11′20″N 110°45′2″W / 34.18889°N 110.75056°W Canyon Creek is located in the Mogollon Rim area of the state of Arizona. The closest town, Young, is 20 miles (32 km) away. The facilities are maintained by Tonto National Forest division of the USDA Forest Service.
