    LPs should be pushing harder for change

    It's disheartening (and, honestly, infuriating) to hear stories from women hired to funds over the last year who are being given busywork ("research") and kept out of investing calls, but are put on the website for brand reasons.

    There is quite literally a Black tax. This country doesn't know how to exist without unfairly extracting labor and wealth from Black folk. But go ahead and use Black votes to pass infrastructure deals that do nothing to lessen this suffering. Increase police funding too.

    Kneeling for Black lives matter, but funding the police. Clapping for essential workers, but voting down the $15 minimum wage. Talking about supporting working families, but cutting programs for working class people. Always the symbolic gestures, never the material change.

    Stop humanizing billionaires. Elon Musk isn't just some average guy. Do you have any idea how much money $253 billion really is? If someone were to earn $200,000 every single day since Jesus was born, they still wouldn't have as much money as he does right now. That's not normal.
