RYA Scotland are planning a number of local and national opportunities for clubs and training centres, throughout Scotland and the UK, to encourage partnership working and the sharing of best practice.
RYA Affiliated Club Conference - Sat 21st November 2020
For 2020 we are taking a slightly different approach and are linking up with our colleagues from around the UK to host the RYA Affiliated Club Conference on Saturday 21st November 2020.
Reflecting on the challenging year we have had, as well as the potential areas for development, the theme for the conference is "a different world with new opportunities".
The online session, hosted by Scotland's own Shirley Robertson, will take place from 10am to 1.30pm and you can book your free space here
The session is open to all affiliated clubs from throughout the
UK and there will be opportunities to not only hear from keynote speakers but also explore an online virtual exhibition area.
You can also book onto a number of development workshops that are being developed by colleagues from across the RYA and Home Countries and cover topics such as club development, engaging with communities, diversity and volunteers. The streams will run on a set day for 2-3weeks following the conference and we will even be involved in delivering some of these sessions.
