The 2-day PSI Certificate of Completion Course, taught by experienced and engaging faculty, is a thorough and evidence-based curriculum designed for nurses, physicians, social workers, mental health providers, childbirth professionals, social support providers, or anyone interested in learning skills and knowledge for assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders. All of the presenters are Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professionals (PMH-Cs) and experts in the use of teletherapy. Frontline Provider Training – The training, provided by PSI perinatal psychiatry experts, is designed to equip frontline providers with the skills necessary to assess patients for perinatal mental health complications and, as appropriate, provide treatment or connect individuals with additional resources and care.  It is available as either a single day onsite course or via two 2 hour-long webinars.

Postpartum Support International (PSI) is the leading organization devoted to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to supporting mothers, fathers, and families directly, PSI offers frontline healthcare providers with resources to help identify, support and treat individuals living with perinatal mental health complications.

The expert faculty are members of the Postpartum Support International Advisory Council and are experienced clinicians, researchers, and perinatal mental health support advocates.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
The PSI Advisory Council webinar is a series of six classes presented as a live webinar series and recorded for future attendees. You can begin the course any time. The series covers integral topics in perinatal mental health; covering bio-psychological research, identification, diagnosis, and treatment. The expert faculty, members of the PSI Advisory Council are experienced perinatal mental health clinicians, researchers, and advocates.
